    We aim to ship your order on the next business day — or a maximum of three business days after.  We'll let you know on rare occasions when we can't meet this timeline!

  • Where do you ship in Austalia?

    We ship everywhere in Australia.

  • Do you offer Click and Collect?

    Yes. With Click & Collect, you can buy on eBay and collect your items from your local Parcelpoint or HUBBED location at a time that suits you

  • Where do you ship overseas?

    We ship all over the world.

  • How long does an order take to arrive?

    In Australia, standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days during the regular season. In December, shipping times may take longer. 

  • What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

    We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know, and we’ll locate it.
